Photos from the TKGA National Convention in Rosemont, IL

March, 2002

Me (in the middle), with Erica on the left, and Gigi on the right. Two wonderful new friends that I was so glad to get to know at the convention! Gigi came all the way from California by herself! Erica is from Chicago. They both teach knitting classes at yarn shops, and we met in the Teacher's Day seminar on Wednesday, and enjoyed spending the rest of the convention getting to know each other more!

Dee Neer (on left) with me at the banquet. Dee was the teacher for the Teacher Day, and I was glad to get to know her at the convention! She is a great teacher and desinger, who had a lot of info to share with us.

Cashmere/Merino lace scarf with hat that I had to match for my mom. Made with yarn bought from Newton's tables of goodies. Very soft and nice to work with!

Mom modeling her new dressy lace scarf, and smiling! Yah!
